Campaign Vector

Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 4, 2026

Overview

Campaign Vector is a private-preview marketing workflow product being rebuilt around approval-gated campaign planning, launch packets, and controlled execution. The public website currently collects waitlist requests while selected private beta access is prepared.

This policy explains what information we collect through the public website, waitlist, private beta application, connected services, and support workflows.

Public Website and Waitlist Data

If you only visit the public website or join the waitlist, we may collect your email address, request source, browser and device metadata, IP address, operational logs, and security information needed to process the request, operate the site, prevent misuse, and follow up about Campaign Vector.

Private Beta Application Data

If you are granted private beta access, we may collect account information, authentication records, campaign briefs, prompts, chat messages, uploaded files, creative assets, generated drafts, approval records, support requests, operational logs, request metadata, model inputs and outputs, error logs, and usage records.

Connected Service Data

If you connect Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, analytics tools, website systems, or another third-party service, Campaign Vector uses the access you authorize to perform requested private beta workflows. Your use of those services remains subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

Connected service data may include OAuth tokens, account identifiers, customer IDs, page or repository metadata, campaign metrics, approval payloads, mutation logs, and performance data. We collect this data only when an authorized user connects the relevant account or otherwise provides it.

Google Ads API Data

When an authorized private beta user connects a Google Ads account, Campaign Vector uses Google Ads data only to provide requested account connection, campaign planning, launch preview, approval-gated campaign management, reporting, monitoring, troubleshooting, and support workflows. We do not sell Google Ads data or use it for unrelated advertising profiling.

Google Ads OAuth refresh credentials, account identifiers, campaign metrics, approval records, and mutation logs may be stored as needed to operate the service, maintain security, support auditability, and honor deletion or revocation requests.

How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Operate the public website and waitlist.
  • Evaluate and communicate about private-preview access.
  • Authenticate private beta users and restrict access.
  • Provide connected marketing workflows requested by authorized users.
  • Create campaign briefs, launch packets, approval records, reports, and recommendations.
  • Maintain security, debug errors, prevent misuse, and enforce our Terms of Service.
  • Improve Campaign Vector, including product development and model-assisted workflows.

Approvals and Public Actions

Campaign Vector is designed to require approval before public-facing launches, spend-affecting campaign changes, production website changes, or connected account changes. We may store approval records, exact payloads, timestamps, connected account identifiers, and mutation logs for audit and troubleshooting.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers and platforms that help operate Campaign Vector, including cloud hosting, databases, logging, AI model providers, security tools, and connected advertising or analytics platforms when you authorize those connections. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or with your direction.

Storage and Security

Campaign Vector stores application data in cloud infrastructure and uses access controls, backend secret storage, and encrypted secret handling for sensitive credentials. No system is perfectly secure, so only connect accounts and upload materials that you are authorized to use.

Retention and Deletion

We retain information for as long as needed to operate Campaign Vector, maintain audit records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the product. You may request deletion of account data, waitlist data, connected tokens, uploaded assets, or other information by contacting us. Some records may be retained where required for security, legal compliance, backup recovery, or audit purposes.

Your Choices

You can ask us to remove waitlist information or private beta account data. If you connect a third-party service, you can disconnect it through the relevant platform settings or ask us to remove stored tokens. You can also revoke Google OAuth access through your Google account.

Children

Campaign Vector is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13. Do not use Campaign Vector if you are not legally permitted to use business marketing and advertising services.

Changes

We may update this policy as Campaign Vector changes. The effective date above indicates the latest version.
