Campaign Vector

Terms of Service

Effective date: June 4, 2026

Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Campaign Vector public website, waitlist, private beta application, and related services. By using Campaign Vector, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use Campaign Vector.

Waitlist and Private Beta

The public website currently collects waitlist requests while Campaign Vector is being rebuilt for private-preview access. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access. Private beta access may be limited, changed, paused, revoked, or ended at any time.

Features may change, break, be removed, or produce incomplete results. You are responsible for reviewing all outputs, approvals, launch packets, targeting, budgets, tracking, and public-facing materials before using them.

Accounts and Access

Private beta access is restricted to authorized users. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure and for all activity performed through your account. You may not share access with unauthorized users or attempt to bypass access controls.

Your Data and Materials

You retain ownership of the assets, prompts, campaign data, account data, and other materials you provide. You grant Campaign Vector permission to store, process, transmit, transform, analyze, and display those materials as needed to operate the public website, waitlist, private beta application, connected services, draft generation, approval workflows, reporting, support, and product improvement.

Connected Services

Campaign Vector may connect to services such as Google Ads, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, website repositories, analytics tools, AI model providers, and hosting providers only when an authorized user provides or authorizes access. You are responsible for complying with each connected service's terms, policies, permissions, billing rules, and advertising requirements.

Google Ads API Use

If you connect a Google Ads account, you authorize Campaign Vector to read account and campaign data, prepare campaign previews, submit approved changes, and retrieve performance metrics for authorized workflows. Campaign Vector is designed to require explicit approval before spend-affecting Google Ads campaign changes, including launch, pause, resume, budget, targeting, keyword, ad, or campaign status changes.

User-Provided Credentials

You are responsible for OAuth grants, ad accounts, pages, pixels, datasets, repositories, and other credentials or accounts you connect. You represent that you have the authority to connect and use those accounts through Campaign Vector.

Approvals, Spend, and Public Changes

Campaign Vector is designed to prepare drafts, previews, approval packets, and execution records. You are responsible for approving or rejecting actions and for any ad spend, content publication, website change, tracking change, or connected account change that you authorize. Campaign Vector does not guarantee campaign performance, lead quality, platform approval, ad delivery, cost per lead, conversion volume, or return on ad spend.

Acceptable Use

You may not use Campaign Vector to:

  • Violate any law, platform policy, advertising policy, or third-party right.
  • Upload or generate unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harmful, or unauthorized content.
  • Access accounts, data, systems, or services without permission.
  • Misrepresent products, services, service areas, pricing, endorsements, or results.
  • Interfere with security, availability, monitoring, billing, or audit systems.

AI Outputs

Campaign Vector may use AI systems to draft recommendations, creative, copy, code, reports, targeting ideas, and other outputs. AI outputs can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. You are responsible for human review, factual checking, legal review, brand review, compliance review, and final approval before using outputs.

Confidentiality and Feedback

During private beta testing, you may receive access to non-public features and workflows. You agree not to disclose private beta materials without permission. If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas, Campaign Vector may use them without restriction or compensation.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe use of Campaign Vector creates risk, violates these terms, violates platform requirements, or could harm Campaign Vector, users, connected accounts, or third parties.

Disclaimers

Campaign Vector is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted availability, accuracy, security, and error-free operation.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Campaign Vector will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, ad spend, business interruption, or platform account action.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms as Campaign Vector changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
